Trotter Cobb, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, is the father of a special needs son.
Earlier in his life, Trotter made a name for himself in the business world, but it wasn't until he found his true calling in life -- writing -- that he realized just how important advocating for his special needs son is.
Now retired, Trotter has decided to dedicate his life's work to helping the world better understand the challenges, triumphs and nuances of raising a special needs child.
Acknowledging that there is much he does not know, Trotter focuses on what he does know: Life after his son was diagnosed has never been the same... in the most wonderful of ways.
